Before you blame aging…
Most puffiness, sagging, and tired-looking skin
is not just about age.
It’s tension.
When your face holds tension:
– circulation slows down
– fluid gets stuck
– muscles tighten
That’s when you start seeing:
– puffiness
– jaw tightness
– smile lines
– dull, tired skin
Common Concerns This Ritual May Help Support
Many people discover this ritual when they are experiencing:
• Morning facial puffiness
• Jaw tension and clenching
• Tight facial muscles
• Stress-related facial tension
• Heavy-looking cheeks or under-eye puffiness
• Feeling swollen despite healthy habits
• Tired, dull-looking skin
• Facial asymmetry caused by habitual muscle tension
While every face is different, these patterns often have one thing in common:
Tension changes how the face moves, drains, and feels.
Our customers say :
"I thought my face was just aging. Turns out my jaw was constantly clenched."
"The puffiness around my cheeks improved within two weeks."
"This became part of my evening reset routine."
This is where the ritual begins
This is not just a product.
This is a method.
This set combines:
- Caffeinated Massage Oil
to soften, glide, and support circulation
- Gua Sha Tool
to release tension and support natural lifting
Not separately.
But together — as a simple ritual.
What’s included
Caffeinated Massage Oil (2 oz / 60 ml)
– slow-infused coffee beans
– lightweight, fast-absorbing
– supports circulation
– helps reduce puffiness
Sandalwood Gua Sha Tool
– smooth, gentle edges
– designed for facial massage

How to use gua sha with oil
Step 1 — Apply oil
Use 3–5 drops of caffeinated massage oil
Gently press into your skin
Step 2 — Relax your breath
Drop your shoulders
Slow down your breathing
Let your face soften
Step 3 — Gua sha movements
Use light pressure and glide:
– jawline to ear
– cheek to temple
– under eye outward
Consistency matters more than force.
What results can you expect
With consistent use, you may notice:
– reduced puffiness
– improved circulation
– softer facial tension
– more defined contours
– skin that looks more awake and refreshed
This is not just skincare
You don’t need more products.
You need less tension.
The more you force your face,
the more it resists.
The more you listen,
the more it responds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why is my face puffy every morning?
A: Morning puffiness can be influenced by sleep quality, fluid retention, circulation, lymphatic flow, and facial tension. Gentle massage may help support healthy movement of fluid throughout the face.
Q: Can stress cause facial puffiness?
A: Stress often shows up physically in the body. Many people notice jaw tension, forehead tension, facial tightness, and a heavier-looking face during periods of chronic stress.
Q: What causes facial tension?
A: Common causes include jaw clenching, prolonged screen time, stress, poor posture, and repetitive facial expressions. Over time, tension can affect circulation and how the face feels.
Q: Is gua sha good for facial tension?
A: Gua sha is commonly used to help release muscle tension, encourage circulation, and promote relaxation in the face and neck.
Q: Can facial massage help jaw tightness?
A: Many people use facial massage as part of their self-care routine to help relax tight jaw muscles and reduce feelings of tension around the cheeks and temples.
Q: Is this suitable for mature skin?
A: Yes. Many users enjoy this ritual as part of a healthy aging approach focused on circulation, relaxation, and supporting skin appearance naturally.
Q: How often should I use gua sha?
A: Consistency matters more than intensity. Gentle daily use is often more beneficial than occasional aggressive treatments.
Q: Can gua sha replace Botox?
A: No. Botox and facial massage work differently. This ritual focuses on supporting circulation, relaxation, and tension release rather than altering muscle activity through injections.
From Sonia
For years, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Women would tell me:
"My face looks puffy."
"My jaw feels tight."
"I look tired all the time."
Most assumed it was simply aging.
But often, what I noticed first was tension.
The face is not separate from the body.
When circulation slows, when muscles stay contracted, when stress becomes chronic, the face reflects it.
This ritual was created to help people reconnect with their face instead of constantly fighting it.

The oil is amazing, really amazing, I love the smell , I love everything about it. I use it in my skin my face my neck, as well as my hair on my wash day as pre oil treatment, I love the feeling of it. It looks like a very luxurious oil.
The guasha is a great tool as well. I use it 3 times a week. I don’t know if I can use it daily or not. But so far I am loving it and the oil.
I wish only if it’s more affordable on the price point, I know it will deserved because of the quality. But I wish it is more affordable.
Thank you
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! ❤️
I'm so happy you're enjoying both the oil and the gua sha.
As for how often to use it, my personal routine is to alternate throughout the week. I usually do facial gua sha about 3–4 times a week, and I use the comb side daily for a relaxing scalp massage.
The nice thing about gua sha is that you can use it on many different areas of the body depending on your needs and comfort level. Just start gently and listen to your body.
Thank you again for supporting my small business. It truly means a lot to me. ❤️
This set and following your routines for sagging cheeks and for eyes is amazing, it has helped me also when following these routines with sinus drainage and lymphatic drainage.
The oil does seem to wake up my face.
Thank you can’t wait see more video’s and will be reordering oil and Gosha and oil set for friends.
Cathy,
Thank you so much for your kind review! ❤️
It makes me so happy to hear that the routines are helping not only with your cheeks and eye area, but also with sinus and lymphatic drainage. Sometimes the face is simply asking for better circulation, less tension, and a little consistency.
I'm also glad you're enjoying the Coffee Sculpting Oil — I love that you described it as 'waking up' your face. 😊
Thank you for trusting me, following along with the videos, and sharing Moo Moo Balm with your friends. I truly appreciate your support.

I have been using the caffeinated massage oi and love how my skin looks and feels so I was really happy to try the gua sha board. I like that it has several options for use and doesn't pull at my skin. I have tried brushes and metal tools in the past and find this one to work best with my mature skin. This is a great combo to use to implement the infomation Moo Moo Balm shares.
Thank you so much, Zanna! ❤️
I'm so happy to hear you're enjoying both the coffee oil and the gua sha board. I specifically designed the board with mature skin in mind, so it means a lot to hear that it glides comfortably without pulling on the skin.
Thank you for trusting me and for being part of this journey. I'm thrilled the set is helping you put the techniques into practice and get even more out of your self-care routine.
I like that this routine does not feel complicated. A few minutes with the oil and board makes my face feel softer and less puffy. Sonia’s teaching style is warm and practical, and the videos helped me stay consistent instead of giving up after one try.
I use this before filming calls and it makes my face look less flat and tired. The coffee oil gives a healthy glow, and the sculpting routine helps with circulation. The instructions were clear enough that I felt comfortable using it right away.
