If our product doesn’t work for you, we’ve got you covered:

‧ You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

‧ Eligible items must be unused or gently tested, and in their original packaging, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

‧ To request a refund, please email us at support@moomoobalm.co with your order number and details.

‧ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Note: Return shipping is free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to download and print.
